2009 Western Australian Queens Prize

The West Australian Rifle Association’s 100th annual Queen’s Prize was held over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, from September 26-28, at the Swanbourne Rifle Range. For the second year running, the event was adjudged using Kongsberg Mikroelektronikk electronic target system supplied by Target Solutions. The WA Queen’s Prize was the first long-range rifle championship in Australia, possibly the World, to be shot on electronic targets.

German National Hunting Championship

For the first time in history the German National Hunting Championship (Bundesmeisterschaften) was arranged in September 2009. The championship was arranged with electronic targets from Kongsberg.

Danish National Shooting Championship 2009

The National Danish Shooting Championship (Landsstævne) is arranged every 4 years. This year the ”Landsstævne) was arranged once again with electronic shooting targets from Kongsberg.

The Norwegian National Rifle Championship 2009

This year the championship was arranged from 1st to 8th of August in Evje. Once again with electronic targets/scoring system from Kongsberg Mikroelektronikk. This year more than 5.300 shooters participated.
